AIS has the pleasure of completing the construction of the gas and electricity infrastructure works to feed an energy centre for our client JJ Rhatigan.

Our design approach has removed the need for an onsite easement while we have consistently delivered in line with the client’s proposed programme of works at short notice. The scheme has been kept to schedule by regular stakeholder meetings engaging frequently with the client and local council to agree on programme dates which account for the difficult location in central London.

We also negotiated with SGN to allow the data centre to be energised prior to planned reinforcement works.

  • Made gas connection prior to completion of reinforcement works
  • Managed significant non-contestable electrical works in line with program requirements

  • Undertook elements of the non-contestable works on behalf of the DNO to keep project on track.
